Alfine Hub Wheel Removal

Many thanks for the advice and it sounds like my technique was at fault not the tool.

Your tips are much appreciated because I'm new to having this Alfine 8 IGH and so your advice is really helpful.

I'll go back to practising again so that hopefully I'm prepared for when I need to deal with a puncture when out on the road.

Don't forget to carry a 15mm ring spanner for the axle nuts.

Mine need to be graunched up fairly tight to prevent them coming undone.

So while it's tempting to carry a shorter, lighter spanner, a full length one is best.
