Just spent two hours on my turbo trainer, I was on a sprint finish and giving it major beans when my 3 year old daughter comes in and turns the radion down (Kiss FM) and said " Daddy, do you want one of my home made jame tarts" and then thrusts it under my nose. I say, leave it on the side please darling and I'll have it when I'm finished. Anyhow, as she makes her way out of the room, I ask her to turn the radio back up. She then twists the wrong dial and instead of turning the music up, I get Classc FM, she then said" there you are daddy" so it was a sprint finish to classic FM, it seemed much harder! Kids, don't you love em!
