Hi, I have checked hubs and date stamp is 51. 81. I assume this means week 51 of 1981 year.

Sticker under BB has code TH41. Serial no : 2279791.

This is same sticker and place where Peugeot stuck there ones.

yep week 51 year 1981 is how i understand those marking as well
