Age of bike

Hi, can anyone tell me anymore about this bike please. It is a Rotary Phantom Executive and I bought it recently as it looked like a nice bike. Just can't help myself just keep adding to the garage.

70's by the look of it. I have a fear of those gear levers and the possibility of them slicing into my gentleman's vegetables

Some small surface rust on wheels and handlebars but a nice looking vintage bike I think. Thanks for the reply.

Early eighties. The Huret much has the black plastic trim cap.

It does look to be a smart machine with some nice little touches. Probably a bike of moderate quality.

Thanks Drago. Has an unusual stem on it. The stem is Atax but is square not round, not seen that before.
