45 miles with a local group, taking in derelict urban spaces some rolling (and smelly) countryside, a return by the canal that does not agree with my posterior

I rode 30 miles today on a beginners ride with the club.

After doing 41 miles yesterday as well, I'm feeling quite tired now.

A friend has asked me to go out for a ride tomorrow as well.

Crocked back means no cycling at the moment.

Went for a walk down to a very secluded beach, sat around for a while and then walked back.

Then went to have an ice cream.

Not ridden today. Walked for a couple of hours though. Feeling a tad wibbly TBH so might miss out on the gorgeous sunshine and stay in and catch up on Sky +.

Just the commute for me today - 28 mile round trip.

(It's only 3 miles each way but I wasn't going to waste a lovely day like this)

20 miles or so inland from the Solway.Usual head wind but also some sunshine, though the clouds that were rolling in over Dumfries have now arrived,so maybe that s it for a day or so.Well worth it anyway.

12 miles around Bedale whilst my son was with his maths tutor (GCSE week after next)
Wasn't going to as I did 54 miles yesterday and went to a friend's birthday party last night so was feeling a bit second hand this morning but the gorgeous weather seduced me!
