What you been up to?

I've been out today and went on a lovely route by the local river for 16miles, averaged 13mph. Highlight of the morning was a lovely barn owl decided to fly next to me for over a mile. Not sure if he thought I was food though.

At the time I wasn't thinking straight and didn't get any photos of the owl just enjoying the moment we had lol.

I then got home and wet wiped all the bird muc off ready for next time.

I do have a garmin Map with my route but not sure how to share this info but don't worry hears a picture of the bike cleaned.

Sadly couldnt get out today but notice you have the exact same Defy as me.
Like the Giant bottle cages btw.....might have to buy me some of those

I did 20 miles earlier, 14.3 average. Weary legs on top of the 47 miles yesterday!
Highlight was not getting splattered by dozy sunny Sunday drivers !

I might go and do another 10 later, carbon bike feeling neglected. But need to get rid of a headache first!

I did 14.5 miles today, which, considering my 30 miles yesterday was a good effort!
I haven't cleaned Priscilla yet

3 times, 30 miles with our lass, 6 mile round trip to Sainsburys, 22 mile solo ride on the road bike.

Loved today's ride...after the grim weather of the last few months it was nice to be riding without the need for extra layers etc...just pootling along sucking in fresh air and being thankful for what I've got :-)

A trip up the Exe valley with wife a lumpy 30 mile circuit but the scenery and views was fab.

Nothing today as we were out looking for some bathroom stuff as we are having an en-suite put in on June 15th. Spent a lot of money though!! Riding is cheaper.

Out at 4.00am this morning, back a little after 7.00am. I then spent all morning tidying the front garden, lunch in today, then all afternoon tidying the back garden

I may go out again tonight after watching Fargo but I'm shattered

A friend has asked me to go out for a ride tomorrow as well.

45 miles with a local group, taking in derelict urban spaces some rolling (and smelly) countryside, a return by the canal that does not agree with my posterior

I found my knees started to hurt after 15miles. Thinking I need to get my setup looked at as I don't think I could of done that sort of distance.
