Surprised no one has posted this again.

That is impressive, ok so maybe watching tv isn't out of the question^_^
On a different note though does anyone know who's singing the backing track to that vid, I really like it !!

We'll thanks to all the advice I'm going strong now, 1 tip I have though, I use my mrs Reebok step to get on and off the bike, I have it just beside the rollers and it's the perfect height, makes it much easier.

In an internal door frame has got to be the best place to start. The only time I came a cropper was when I tried using my TT bars for the first time on rollers. Never had an issue on road bu this is obviously different.

Sorry for this to resurface, but what do people use to train with programme wise, ipad/phone/Garmin etc just wondering what to hook in to and what people rate. Basic rollers so it's just my effort gong into it.

Cheers Nick

Garmin with HRM and cadance meterwirh wheel sensor for distance and cadance if I'm after doing something specific or usually just curious. Got most of the TDF and Vuelta recorded to watch yet so I'll be in front of rhe tv listening to the heart rate zones beeping at me from Garmin.
