Many Thanks for your replies.
I am certainly not light at over 16 stones!! so I will look into the options mentioned above and also contact Pete Mathews.
Thanks Again
Also like you i'm no lightweight. I've been having problems with spokes bursting on my factory built rear wheels. Was looking both online and in-store for new wheels . I was unsure on what to buy then i got recommended a guy up here in Scotland that's well renowned as a wheel builder went to visit him and opted for a pair of hand built wheels and hope to pick them up later this week .

In between here and there
I have soem dure ace c24 which are excellent, but I think my 15 stones is pushing them a bit, the front is still dead true, but the reah ahs got a small wobble, maybe 1.5 to 2mm. These are about £500 from merlin and wouold be great if you are light.
.
I had the C24 and my rear lasted about 100 miles each time it was trued, and flexed a lot causing brake rub. I replaced them with Fulcrum Racing 3 and so far 100% still true after 1000 miles. And they feel a better wheel

Got mine for £345
