Right new wheels have arrived and on looking at the freewheel setup I have it appears to be difficult to find the correct tool  I've got a Corsa Regina Italy 5 speed cluster and cannot find a removal too anywhere. Ther park tools 2 pronged Sun Tour tool is too large. I'm completley new to gears and how different setups work with each other. So would I be able to fit a differen't rear cluster and keep the the rest of the setup?

Right got it sorted by doing what I should of done in the first place and going to the lbs. Tgen found wheels weren't true so had them sorted there too. Going to contact the seller and ask for the cost involved to be re-funded. Fitted a topeak wedge bag so I can carry essentials and cus it can hold a mini pump. Next task is finding a way to fit a bottle cage as it doesn't have the braze ons for it :/

Looks a nice bike. Definitely fit alloy wheels - the braking on the old chrome plated ones is NIL. Also a good plan to lose the 'suicide levers'. As has been said, they are worse than useless. The downtube gear shifters should be fine, and suit the age of the bike. They also have much less to go wrong. Modern shifters won't suit ten-speed anyway. You could probably find some period Ever Ready lights on Ebay, and a Brooks saddle and saddlebag will really set it iff.

I've used jubilee clips to attach my bottle cage, when the bike was new a bottle cage would have come with bands. You could also buy one of the Aldi bottles and cages for £2.99, they come with attachments for bikes without bosses.

Great advice, went and got one and with some bits of old inner tubes fitted a treat. Hopefully clock some miles up on it now
