To the OP and others of that ilk, there is a universally accepted sign that you can use the next time you arrive home on your bike. Park your bike, raise you arms in the universally accepted sign of surrender and then go onto the e-bay site and sell your bike(s) and related paraphernalia because you are not mature enough nor responsible enough to be out on the public highway.
Everyone who uses the highway makes mistakes/errors of judgement - none of us are perfect! Can you not read the road/anticipate situations and make allowances? Please, do not use the trite phrase 'But I had right of way'
