I knew Latin used the gerund, but I did not know it did not use the nominative gerund. Thus, you cannot say 'the singing'.
That there's a little tab on You Tube that says 'Play to TV', and it does.
I'd never noticed it, and even then I assumed it wouldn't work without a dongle, but it plays via the Humax. Not sure what use it is, the Humax will show You Tube without the laptop anyway.

From Twitter today I have just read that Nonplussed has two definitions - one an American version and the other British - and they're opposite in meaning.
I've always thought the US version was the correct one as well. Oh the shame.

I thought it meant “not bothered”. Which is the US version.
The UK version means surprised and confused.
