Lactic acid burn is common when you are doing High Intensity Interval training, if you read up on this type of training it will tell you how to do periodization training which will help improve your progress, doing HIIT training consistently will hinder your goals, so you need to cycle your program, if not go to a good local cycle club and see one of the coaches there
