I shower after every ride, but i've only got on set of good longjohns for riding so... well, they don't get washed as much as they should. I'll get them on a two day wash cycle to keep them clean
The bib longs are Aldi's CyclePro things - pretty decent for the price.
Currently applying Sudocrem in swathes to keep myself from bleeding!
