You do realise that this post has zero to do with the thread?
How's that? It builds core strength?

Was there not advice in how to build core strength in the original link that every one is discussing?
Nothing more that a gratuitous mention of one exercise. You will also find the link was about the benefits of a strong core, not how to get one(of which there is many more ways)

Mate take a day off, you don't have to be a cock every day of your life!
Did you read it?
"Squats are also a good exercise to strengthen the torso, if done right. The weight and torso should rise together as the legs straighten, with the abdominals tight, helping the back muscles to hold the torso rigid. If you can't lift with this style, you are lifting too heavy a weight."
Yes there are many exercises to train the different core muscles specifically but the front plank trains them all in one exercise!

I have standards to maintain, but you are operating on another level to me.

Yep I read that in a link to an article on how core strength affects stability and power output.

The discussion was on core strength and elite athletes pulling out of races due to back issues. Not how to attain core strength(which unless you have a pre-diagnosed issue then there is little need) And you're asking me if I read things?

Hello new forum member and welcome to the conversation. I see already that your short tenure here is producing some sterlingly informative posts. Perhaps if you become more capable in future you might expand into use of two words together, this will certainly make you seem intelligent.

Enjoy your stay and I thank you greatly, for calling me a knob. Have a good day!
