Time wasting for me, but feed training for the young starlings from a parent.
I see so many of these starlings, and don’t really have time to gaze in awe at their detail.
We miss so much of nature and the world around us, but I think as cyclists we have many more opportunities to notice than others who don’t get outside, unless in a car.

I do like signposts, so enjoy one from Monday, Happily named Dead Woman's Ditch, don't worry justice was seen to be done as her husband of 3 months was placed in a gibbet nearby for a year as a warning to others.

Gazing out of my back door this morning, a bird landed on the birdbath. First glance it was a female blackbird. Second glance, not at all sure. Then it perched on the fence, I found a camera and I still dunno what it is . . .
