On my first visit to Brazil I stayed in Canela for a while. Gramado is the town next door, they are often referred to as Canela-Gramado. One of the places I visited was what you could call the glassworks in Gramado, Cristais de Gramado is the real name. The stuff they made there . . .

These are not in the right order, but they impressed the heck out of me.

Was out for a walk in the woods and came across this lovely "flower". Chicken of the Woods if I'm not mistaken (though didn't try it to find out). For scale, it's about 30cm across.
