Changing the tyre on the back wheel and I've managed to get the wheel stuck in the frame. Help!

Let the tyre down to unjam the wheel, get the wheel in place, THEN pump the tyre up?

The QR is obviously open. If it is stuck then I reckon the nut was too tight before you tried getting the wheel in. I would use the QR handle like a wing nut and turn it anti-clockwise to unscrew it from the nut. Hopefully then, the wheel would slip into place and the QR could be set back to how it should be.

Hard to see what is stuck but sometimes just flipping the bike back round the right way onto its wheels can help the wheel naturally settle into the dropouts.

Are those recessed bolts tight.

Are you able to take the bolt off the end of the skewer? (or is that stuck?)

If you have a quick link on chain, would it help taking the chain off? (maybe it's adding more tension to the wheel/rear mech).

Clutching at straws here as you can tell!

Both the bolt at one end and the skewer at the other end are stuck

So its both end of the skewer that are jammed in the dropouts?

Looking at the 2nd photo...could you use allen key to undo the rear mech hanger and take it off?
Not sure but that may help free it?
Then just stick the rear hanger back on.

Don't understand why the lever or nut won't come off. And it's not the brake caliper blocking removal ?
Where's the chain in all of this ? Are you moving the mech out of the way ?

The brake caliper is not in the way, the mech is out the way and the chain is on the smallest ring
