That's 3 times I've done it now. Pull onto the car park, take my left leg out, and come to a nice easy rest. Oh no, end up in a pile on the car park, that's me

I'm not being funny Wetdog. But it may be an idea to go back to flats rather then clipless before you do yourself a more serious injury.

Wise words - as usual - from the Blue Man.

Bear in mind the main benefit of clipless is they allow you to spin at 100rpm or more without your feet flying off the pedals.

If your cadence is not that high, save yourself the grief and use platforms.

I am currently considering my pedal options, I love the cleats but for some reason don't get on with them
Get one of your mates to follow you every ride. £250 for every "moment" on you've been framed.
It's got me onto the Sunday Times rich list.

I love the cleats

Stuff the physics, the fact you like the cleats is reason enough to use them.

I take it you have them set up correctly.

A mate of mine had similar problems to you.

He consulted an experienced user who was able to make some helpful adjustments.

All outside my area of understanding, but there are plenty riders who have that knowledge.
