A saddlebag that can be locked / properly secured?

I've got one of these on my top tube. Leave it on wherever I'm parked - decided that taking it off is too much hassle. It's usually got something slightly stealable in it: reading glasses from poundland, electric tape, red tail light (today). No one has ever taken anything from it. I think a CO2 cylinder or two would be completely safe, locked in a secure compound.

(if they are missing one evening, then you will have to find another solution, but as long as you don't get a flat on the way home, it's not been an expensive lesson)

My tyres aren't skinny ones either, they are 35mm jobbies.

Marathon pluses. Utterly bombproof*. You won't need to worry about a pump or CO2.


*In the circumstance, perhaps not the best expression to use...

Well reckon I will go with a combination of ninja pump in seatpost and perhaps leaving saddlebag out on bike and see how long it takes to get nicked.

I'm just surprised this doesn't exist on the market.
