The most important part of any college project is adding Powerpoint transitions to every element on every slide. Everything else is but a sideshow/slideshow.

Worst part is dangerous other road users.
Would add lights and a saddle bag.

Bias cycle hating road users.The doesn't pay road tax.Cyclists always jump red lights brigade.

The reason I think this is,is I believe it does not improve their driving towards the road users they hate so much.(edit)

I did fit a car horn to my bike once and it worked quite well but I probably overused it.

I would fit a horn...I have a small dinger bell but generally find a horn is not needed.I rarely use the small dinger bell thingy on paths because im not generally in such a raging hurry that I have to use it.

I'd add a little TV screen to the handlebars, showing the inside of my living room - that way, when I'm out on my bike I could pretend I'm really at home on my turbo trainer.
