I never go out in the sun without a knotted hanky on my head, too! 😁

Ye gods. Please no, not the shorts.
Heading out shortly for an audax, and as it happens, i did dig out a tube of factor 50 last night.
Can't help feeling that's overkill against 'harsh summer sun" in early March, but i don't have anything weaker.
Whatever it was by 9pm my leg was like a sausage and the hossy were worried about sepsis, so I sat jn the waiting room all night clutching an IV stand full of antibiotics and was sent home with a big box of AB tabs. Too, about a week before it started to look normal again.
That sounds painful. After being bitten in the morning and ending up in hospital on IV antibiotics last summer I'm remaining steadfastly in long strides this year.
That sounds painful.
Where exactly is your morning.
For a given value of ‘normal’?
He’ll be fine. We only get harsh summer sun in the UK once every 5 years if we’re lucky!![]()
