Tarted up a couple of my favourite Carltons recently. My green 23-1/2 Corsa has a new set of top quality SKS guards, my old Blumels Classiques ones were beginning to look a bit tired after 25 years + use. As for my other mauve Corsa from the late 60s/early 70s, I've added some new World Tours to an alloy wheel set I had kicking around - looks a lot more elegant to my eye now. The old steel rim Ragidas will be re-spoked and cleaned. Hope you like them...

Nice bikes, but those stems look a bit dangerous. There must only be about an inch in the fork tube? Looks like the frames aren't big enough for you.

Both have plenty of stem in them.

The green Corsa is 23-1/2" frame, the mauve one is 22-1/2". Both have done many mikes and are perfectly safe.

I just love bikes full stop. I don't care what era or what material. I can't be arsed with snobism.

Its not. I know what I like. Im sticking to it. I find cyclists are very good at voicing their likes and dislikes on any forum. Im doing it here.
