I'm cleaning & refurbishing a Dawes (I think is a Galaxy-nothing's on the bike to identify it) . The back of the brakes say "made in Switzerland by Weinmann." There's no date. Also on the bottom bracket is the stamped code Y1604. Above that is what looks like a sideways C. I used the rims -Shimano stamped Y, which makes it 1974.

Any advice/knowledge?
