Most people are going to be very reluctant to recommend you a fork. As was mentioned earlier the Suntour forks have a very bad reputaion amonst MTBs and the likes of the Reba are expensive; and they wont do much for reducing vibration anyway. Most people (as in the previous thread) are going to suggest wider tyres!
If it was me and I had to keep the 700c wheels I would probably go for an entry level rockshox fork. One of the standard 26" versions. Your 700c wheels (with narrow tyres and disc brakes) should fit.
Have a look here for prices; but go and get it fitted at a shop.

There could be loads of complications. Your brake hose might not be long enough. A suspension fork could dangerously upset the way the bike handles or invalidate your warrenty. Your tyres might be too wide to fit in a 26" fork.
