* 45 Mile Ride !!!

Hey! I don't often go over that distance! I had a look on google earth and the minor hills round Epping Forest should probably equip well for the apparently flat as a pancake route to windsor. If it's hot eat well the night before & rest, breakfast and drink. I got this pretty wrong earlier in the year.

I reckon anyone could do 45 miles with little or no preparation, provided you don't have to finish it by a certain time. I hope no-one falls off though, could be messy.
