3x5 brake lever/gear shifters - is there such a thing?

What size stem do you need? I assume it is a quill stem, I have one knocking about in the garage which you can have for the cost of the postage if it will fit.

Raleigh had their own sizes.

I doubt it. Thing is, as you guys say, it shouldn't have worked, but at the time it didn't occur to me that the spacing would be different, so I just set it up.

I still have the freewheel somewhere, but unfortunately no wheel to test the set up with.
