After rave reviews about GP4000's and needing new tyres I replaced them with 25mm, problem is the front just "skiffs" inside of fork on my Focus Izalco Pro 3. Anyone else had similar problems

It must be a very close clearance fork indeed. You don't want tyres scuffing your carbon fork - needs 23s instead.

Not rubbing at sides of forks but at the top it's weird 23mm ok good 3-4mm clearance but 25mm once you pump them up past 85ps they start to skiff. Wheels are Fulcrum 3's Ive also tried them with DT Swiss same result

You might find it is OK with another brand of 25c, but will be expensive finding out! I am suprised as most bikes running 23c will accept 25's. You could try putting a small spacer in the top of the drop out which should just give you the extra clearance you need.

My front forks also have very little gap. I found that using a wider rim 23mm (H Plus Son Archetype) leaves a slightly bigger clearance on top when using 25mm tyres, 25 Michelin Pro 4 to be more precise.

Yup. Izalco Pro owner, and the clearance is verrry tight. Don't think I'll be able to keep these on...

Edit: On speaking to my LBS they said that its rim width. The stock 19mm rims definitely won't fit, but beyond this - more modern 23mm rims - it should be fine!

Buy a matching 23c for the front and keep the other 25c as a rear spare (these wear faster than fronts anyhow). Running 23c front and 25c will be fine.
