What you trying to say....the Tour of the Desert isn't a big race !
Seriously though he's looked good...a wins a win and he's got to be buzzing,I do hope he makes it to the Giro.
It was a good win, 2 stages and hopefully the GC as well. Moving teams was a good move for him personally IMO.
As for the Giro he could make some of the stages more interesting but I doubt he will Contend the GC, more hoping he get to do most of the big one day races.

Its certainly great publicity for himself and Q36.5...seeing as he hasn't even confirmed riding the Giro the hype around him is great for him and his team.
If he does go stage wins I'm sure will be his aim....and if he gets a chance at a podium spot all the better.
Plenty of races for him to shine before.

With Pog supposedly saying he's riding the Tour and Vuelta and Vingo the same...fingers crossed we get to see a duel at the Dauphine,Tour and Vuelta.
Gives other riders a chance to pick a race neither are riding as well 😁

I'm hoping for a good battle in the Giro between Roglic, both Yates's, Ayuso, Carapaz and let's not forget Landa.

Good win for Tom even though the field wasn't too deep. Beat Eddie Dunbar who's not too shabby.
He said in interview that his plans were to do the Ruta del Sol and then Italy. He didn't mention Belgian classics but surely he'll do some? And Strade Bianche? MSR?

According to procyclingstats, this is his upcoming race schedule.

Does anyone know ...

which current pro tries to avoid flying to races? I heard it mentioned by Daniel Friebe on TCP, but couldn't easily rewind. He was talking about Marc Hirschi moments before, but google doesn't seem to mention this about him ...

Yes a quiet few days for me, first outing of the season for Mrs tarric's favorite rider so I will be forced to watch. just hope he does well.
Also the Tour du Gard starts on the same day, the races come thick and fast from here on.
