Mine are to get more Veloviewer tiles and to ride with the local club at least once a month.

Other than that to try and enjoy life more and not get too bogged down with thinking.

Bit of Mindfulness Lu, not over thinking as burntout says and a bit of CBT to intercept bad thoughts. Also - write it down, don't clutter your brain with it. Lists!

I make lots of lists which help but I wake up thinking about what I want to do during the day, don't want to but my brain just goes for it, very frustrating at times.

Get a new job, get fitter, lose more weight, be less grumpy and more patient.

Ride more, further and to places that wouldn’t normally occur to me. To this end, I’ve signed up to VeloViewer and will be tile hunting. I’d like to complete both a 100 km and a 100 miles ride.
