I need to get back on my bike, either the roadie or the mtb will do, depending on the route and weather. Its a bit rural round here with lots of muddy roads. The weather has kept me off my bike for a bit and I have lost so much summer fitness.
I need to shift a good 2 stone so I aim to do that this year.
I would like to start a bit of running again too. Not much, just to build up to 20 mins 3 x a week by early summer. I love running and my achilles seems to have sorted itself out now.
Hey Fatmo, good luck with the ironman. I have done a half ironman and I loved it. It was 13 years ago though. I am giving some consideration to a tough mudder event before I am 50 but its not a definite goal until I see how the improved fitness goes.
