Bike now sold on ebay,got £400 which should cover the fees and is being collected on saturday.

remember to take cash - if they already paid by paypal, get them to sign something when you hand the bike over,otherwise the classic scam, is they pay by paypal, come to your house and collect the bike, then claim to ebay that they never got it and you will get a chargeback from paypal for a full refund and end up with no money and no bike!!!

If they pay by cash, you might be surprised how often people turn up and then offer you less than the selling price, or decide they don't want it, leaving you to pay the ebay fees for a bike that you haven't sold!

Thanks for the advice.

The guy is paying cash,but i am aware of scammers so have got a friend with me and i will also take his reg plate of the car he is driving.
I know what your saying though,you can never be too carefeul these days
