2 classic bikes- Anyone know anything about them

The first bike has the the name Cicli emille
The seond bike i found in my grandfathers loft to me it looks like a raleigh 20 with a set of bmx handel bars thrown on and a few stickers. It is also has a 3 speed sturmey archer.
What is your opinion?

The second one is almost certainly just a standard late model (that headbadge looks like a sticker in the photo, not brass but I could be wrong) R20 with some tweaks. Are those 406 wheels on it? Export models came with that wheel size as standard.

The first one looks like some sort of copy of the Puch Pic-nic. Are the forks bent on it?

The wheels on the r20 are 406 the forks on the first bike are bent but do not look the same as the puch
