For all the replies. Simon very new to road cycling bikes done 1150 miles now & since the 10 May i've done 750 miles.
Thats including runs up to 63 miles which was my furthest until my ton.
This week i've done
Sunday
121.12 miles
18 average
110.12 mins
Flat route

Monday
26.55
16.6 average
135.40
Good hiils on this route

Tuesday
Up & down Ben Lawyers in 2.02 hours (Fast walking running not on bike)
Just put this in as i could hardly walk when i got on the bike Thursday as my legs were burning from this climb.

Thursday
104.5 miles
16.8 average
6.12 hours

Friday
33.28 miles
15.8 average
206.08
Hilliest route iv'e done to date must have been 8 miles+ off hills in total.
I was also knackered from Thursday & totally surprised myself that i did this route. From Stenhousemuir upto Avonbridge.

Saturday
Relaxing having a beer well deserved i think.

Hills kill me & still working out best strategies for maintaining speed & using as little energy as possible when tackling them. Will persevere & i don't think they'll get easier as the fitter i get the faster i'll want to go up them so i'll jsut be as knacked.

Excellent work I'm sticking to mostly 50's at the mo as I have my first 50 mile timed ride in September, I'm aiming for a top 10 finish, like you have only been going for a short time, my bike was delivered beginning of April.

Thanks
Simon
