Never set myself any targets but have been keeping a record of the mileage i have been doing since the 1st Jan this year.

On the way to work this morning i passed the 1000 mile mark

Nice one. Just check my distance total for this year and found it is 1350ish. More than I thought.

I'm half a mile short of 100 miles short of half your total, though in my defence (a) I bought my bike at the end of January and (b) I didn't start recording my mileage until early April

Nice one, are you celebrating by treating yourself to something to make the next 1000 easier?

i've got another 17 or so weeks before i hit that number, if that is i carry on as i have been going. in one week i've done almost 61 miles

I feel a bit guilty saying this but I just hit 2000 miles on the bike on the way home today (only 172 miles behind my target so far )

I really don't have my act together enough to measure all my miles. I think I need to sort out my technology.

I got my bike in late October and reckon I've done over 1500 miles since, almost all of it this year.
