I must have been close to 100 miles a few years back. I cycled from Market Rasen to Clumber Park via back roads to Lincoln and then MCN64/647. Did 2 laps of the lake, had some coffee and cake and cycled back home again along the same route. No idea of speeds as didn't have a computer.
