10 speed 11-32 to 11 - 34 , do I need two extra chain links ?

You may, or may not if the chain is long enough - I didn't when moving my 105 to 34x32 to 34x34 - in fact I have two wheel sets, one with a 32, the other a 34 and just swap between them. Just carefully select big chain ring to big chain ring and see if chain isn't too tight.

I would try it with the current chain, in place carefully to make sure there is enough length. if there is then cut your new chain to same length. if your current chain is maxxed out on the 32 (it should be quite apparent as if is as your RD will be pretty much pointing forwards on Big - big) then yes you will need to cut the new chain to a double link longer.

its good practice to start off a new cassette with a new chain, as using a worn chain with a new cassette will accelerate wear of the new cassette.

To prevent the risk of damage, remove the split link, wrap the chain round the large-large, and then see if you can draw the ends close enough together to refit the link.

I'm talking about sizing the chain. Big to big plus two links.
