You've only got to do a wee bit of training now!

A holiday in Austria is a great hardship of course - if you tell us a little about your wife's holiday preferences, we may be able to suggest some good places to go/sights to see ... (I lived about 1/2 of my life not too far from the Oetztal and go back frequently)

well the hotel is now booked and once I get this Sundays London Marathon out of the way I can get out on my bike at the weekends as well. All that climbing still seems tough though......
