I am after a helmet cam but which is the best? I want one that takes still picture as well as video

Just ordered a Blackburn helmet mirror via Ribble as I think it might be a good option for the future. Esp, as my trike does not have any mounts (yet) for adapting a mirror to fit (Bar end friction shifters, fitted). I'm wondering how easy/hard it is to shift focus to the mirror and more so...
