I was greeted by a loud bang on a front upshift three miles in to this morning's club ride. It completed the shift leaving me in the big ring but with significant rubbing and the noise that goes with it. I figured the mech had moved slightly due to a loose bolt or similar so shifted back down...
The 10 speed di2 Ultegra deurailler is broken and is now obsolete. I am going to change it to the new 11 speed Ultegra deurailler.
I am not totally sure how to do this but Im willing to try.
I know I will need to find a wheel that will take an 11 speed cassette and an 11 speed chain. I dont...
My trusty Di2 battery has finally given up the ghost and whilst I'm mildly annoyed at the cost of replacing it (I was hoping they'd have come down in price!) I'm now faced with a choice. Do I just replace it, like for like (SM-BTR2) or do I buy the new BT-DN 110? More importantly, I've read...
I've been waiting to upgrade the Stumpjumper but the current M9050 Di2 stuff doesn't have the super wide range rear cassette option and the mech isn't capable of running with one so I've held off. The new M9100 mechanical kit looks like just the job, but I cant find details on Di2 timing...
Comprises all you need to go 10 speed Di2.
6770 Shifters ( a bit of cosmetic damage but fully working)
6770 Front & Rear Mechs
Junction Box A (pre-wired for connection to shifters)
Junction Box B (for external mount)
4 E-tube wire connectors
Short external battery mount & battery

I am upgrading a Bianchi Intenso for DI2 and need to drill cable access for the RD and FD.
I assume I can open out the existing hole for the FD wire to get the FD ewire through from the inside, but to get the ewire through to the RD, I will have to drill the chain stay somewhere along its...
I have a few di2 parts that I no longer require.
6770 Ultegra 10 speed rear mech. It has a few scratches but works fine £60
6770 Ultegra front mech. Can be used with either 10 or 11 speed. £35
Short external battery holder with 300mm wire £10
Thought I'd put some info together on my Di2 build as the parts are all starting to come together
As I've mentioned before the grand plan is to upgrade all 3 road bikes by cascading the groupsets down. The Bianchi will be getting Dura Ace R9170 Di2, the Roubaix will be getting the...
Good morning,
A local shop has a Jamis Xenith Pro Carbon Ultegra DI2 for sale at £850, this is 10 speed hence 2011-2013 but virtually unused.
If I do buy it the sole reason would be to try something pretty modern with gizmos as I wonder if I am missing out on something.
So I was wondering if...
Afternoon everyone. I have a 2016 Cannondale Synapse which I recently converted to Di2. The problem I have is identifying grommets to use on the points at which the external cables enter/leave the frame. I bought some GM-Sm01 types but they're tiny (and oval) and I could do with circular for...
I'm looking at options for my next bike and contemplating whether there's a good enough reason to go for Di2 (if it can be done within a reasonable budget). The Merlin Cordite is currently £1500 with Di2 so the direction of travel price wise, certainly on that older 6800 groupset, looks...
So a bit of background history here my di2 is around two years old, last year after nearly a year of the faultless riding i got my bike out after not using it in the winter for a couple months. I had roughly 40% battery so thought i'd top it up for the start of the session. It was then that i...
I am looking at a bikebuilder option for my next bike, think you get better value than a big name with less spec that most dealers sell.
Anyway my question is what would be better, couple of options are for Ultegra Di2 R8050 with Mavic Kysrium wheels or Mavic Cosmic Elite wheels,
Or the other...

Any ideas what parts i will need and if anyone has been shopping around and noticed some bargin components please feel free to share a link .
So far i know i will need

Shimano BT-DN110 Di2 internal mount battery.
Bought 2 for my recent 9150 / S5 build, but this is now not needed.
Brand new and for use with the new generations of Di2.
These are £115 on Wiggle. I'm after £90 posted or collected from Fulham, SW London.
Cheers,
Ryan
Having just upgraded to 9150 on my S5, this is now surplus to requirements.
All fully in 100% working order and has never missed a beat in the 2 years I’ve owned it.
All in very good condition and the only marks on the components are cosmetic.
Every component has been inspected and cleaned...
So i spent the weekend fitting the Di2 externally on my Ti cx flatbar. having looked at and although it looks ok, i'm going to do something more retro and stealth so only 1 cable will be seen.
i'm getting to internally fit the battery inside the handlebars - current handlebar set-up below...
9.4 SLR endurance Di2 , medium

Yesterday all my Di2 arrived for my bike - and with a blink of an eye, my mrs whipped it out of sight until the big red man arrives
does this happen to anyone else??:snowball::snowball:
I currently have an Ultegra Di2 6870 SS (short cage) derailleur fitted but I'd like to increase the size of my cassette. Unfortunately, to do this, I'll need a GS (medium cage) derailleur.
I'm assuming (and stand to be corrected) that the main part of the derailleur is identical on both and...
I currently ride this combination in a 105 groupset and it suits me well as I live in a pretty hilly area just on the border between Lancashire, Cumbria and North Yorkshire. I've been looking at Ultegra Di2 equiped bikes and can't seem to find any with this combination? Any with a 50/34 crank...
My new bike has Ultegra Di2 and I've just ordered a Garmin Edge 1000. Gimmicky as it may be, I'd like to link the 2 so that I can see the Di2 battery level on my Edge and also what gear I'm in (more for the post ride analysis than during the ride).
I know that I will need a bluetooth junction...
Well I finally went and did it! After putting the same bike in my shopping basket for nearly 2 years and then wimping out, I finally went all the way :)
Just ordered a bike from Ribble with an Ultegra DI2 group-set.
As I've never had DI2 before I was hoping some of you guys in the know could...
