Here's a fresh cream sponge cake that I baked yesterday 🍰

Last week I cycled 7 miles (of my 9 city miles commuting) through roughly 10 sets of green lights and not needing to stop for anyone or anything. I’m don’t think I’ll ever make it all the way there by this was a clear best.

Just needs a mix of powdered sugar and water spread over the top. That would be the icing on the cake.
