Nope, it will also be massively heavy. Use the built in suspension - i.e. legs.

You could get a shock absorbing seat post - again heavy but may smooth out a few 'shocks'.

I’m 71 and still Mr Rigid off roading. Tyres, legs and elbows is all the suspension I’ve ever needed. If it’s really rough what on earth are you doing sitting on the saddle?
The weight of a sprung saddle would break my heart. So no I’ve never tried one on a hard tail.

How about the flite gel max on offer recently??
Those gel types are really only good for Brazilian butt lifts and boob jobs and might give a bit of extra comfort in that scenario but farily useless in a saddle but don't let me put you off.
