Cake or ice cream? The choice is endless ...
But surely the phases of the moon are no basis for a modern religious festival calendar? :-(

The human brain contains approximately one hundred billion neurons

This is about the same as the number of stars in the Milky Way galaxy. These neurons are connected by trillions of connections, or synapses. Experts call this a “neuron forest”. Information runs between these neurons in your brain for everything we see, think, or do. These neurons move information at different speeds. The fastest speed for information to pass between neurons is about 250 mph.

Prepare a way for the Lord
Which is based on Pagan timing, but many years back, the Govt. suggested on having Easter at a fixed time e.g., Easter Sunday being on say, the first Sunday in April, but the Church Council couldn't agree between themselves, so still it goes on - !

Easter timing is based on the timing of the Jewish feast of the Passover and not Pagan timing.

West Midlands Police have recognized Rastafarianism as a religion. Officers will be allowed to wear their hair in dreadlocks but must do so in a manner that is tidy and allows for the wearing of all forms of headdress correctly.

EDIT: APRIL FOOL!

Your fingers have no muscles. With nine individual muscles control the thumb alone.

The muscles that bend the fingers are located in the palm and mid-forearm; they are linked to the fingers through tendons.

....and upon what is the changing date of passover based on? Solar and Lunar cycles that humans had been following for generations prior to "modern" religions.
