I never see the point in that measurement!

It is easy to adjust the saddle height/position to accommodate a slightly bigger or smaller frame height but nowhere near as easy to compensate for a frame that is too long or short.

I assumed the size would on the frame somewhere but I can't seem to see it.

(I worked for Specialized many years ago), Your frame is compact geometry and I’m 99% sure it’s a 61cm. The size down is 58cm, visibly it’s too big for that and the size up is 63 or 64cm I can’t quite remember which but this was very rare, I never saw one and I don’t think they were ever imported into the UK.
There’s usually a small label on the seat tube, unfortunately they are often removed.

Lovely looking bike, buyers are going to be limited due to its size but that is a bargain!

105 shifters and rear derailleur, Tiagra chainset and brakes.
