Posted elsewhere but suggesting RGT coming along nicely;

yesterday Alex Serban came down to Bournemouth to meet up, chat and go for a ride, we had a great ride i took him over to Studland, Swanage, The Jurassic Coast, Corfe Castle and the isle of Purbeck its a beatiful place to ride anyway whe chatted throughout the day about rgt a lot came up and a few things shocked me, what i am putting below did its a demo build that should go live in a few weeks, unfortantely at the time my bike was not set up on my neo so this just comes from my downhill motor kicking in and moving i will post more tomorrow when i go for a ride, i am really hoping you all can see from the clips how much of an improvement to the lighting has been made on my pc screen it was amazing....more to come enjoy.

Yes I read it not long ago, graphics look fantastic much better than the current build the only thing I don't like is how the rider moves around the corners picky I know.

The warm up lap is a race in itself so you need to pace your self, do it right and you can pick off those who went too hard at the start.
You need to work with other riders other wise it's a hard slog to the finish.

my trainerroad session yesterday was a bit scrappy, i done it but not as neat as I would like.

Is there a warm up lap? I thought most did a warm up and hit the gas from the off once race starts.

It seems most races people go flat out (well over FTP) for the first 5 minutes or so and then settle down to a steadier pace. It sounds obvious, but try not to lose the wheel because once you do, the pack leave you very rapidly

Warm up first, stick in the first 10-15 riders, don't go on the front, stay with the pace whilst drafting. After a half way if you're in contact with the leaders you will discover who are the strongest riders, stay with them if you can or drop into a pack where you can hang in there

SPRINT for the line with about 300 or less yards to go or when everyone else goes for it. Good luck!
