Just had another pop at stage 5 - almost identical power numbers to Tuesday but 40 seconds slower. At least I know I couldn't have gone much quicker on Tuesday. Actually really pleased with that because in recent times my Thursday night results have been a fair bit worse due to the build up of fatigue over the week, having either raced on zwift or done running and gym Monday to Wednesday. Maybe. I'm gradually adjusting to that routine.
