Just had another pop at stage 5 - almost identical power numbers to Tuesday but 40 seconds slower. At least I know I couldn't have gone much quicker on Tuesday. Actually really pleased with that because in recent times my Thursday night results have been a fair bit worse due to the build up of fatigue over the week, having either raced on zwift or done running and gym Monday to Wednesday. Maybe. I'm gradually adjusting to that routine. I will enjoy a rest day tomorrow

I googled it and the answer is to swipe up on the remote once you’re in-game, scroll right 3 or 4 buttons. You should find the graph option. Select it and the HR and power will show along the bottom. It will remain on, even if you exit and restart Zwift.

Good that it sticks through a restart! I also use AppleTV. Do you happen to have a web page with menu hints and tips like the one above?

I watched a YouTube video with Zwift for Apple TV hints a while back and it was crap!

I don’t have a web page for tips sorry, the only other thing I found I can use the Apple remote for is if you have a power up you can press the play > button and it activates your power up instantly

Anyone racing tomorrow? I need to get some work done in the morning but I’ll be free in the afternoon if anyone is having a go.
I'll probably do stage 6 tomorrow, either 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Not raced on Richmond Hilly for ages so the course may need a quick reccy! It's a fast course suited more to power riders who can get over the little lumps, rather than climbers - could be ideal for @CXRAndy and @Brendan Parker to pull some time back on us lighter/less powerful riders

So a brief and hopefully final update on my cardio investigation.

Just been copied on a letter from the cardiologist to my GP. Had to google most of the terms used, but it seems to say I'm ok.

He's not called me in to see him. He says the result is reassuring and he will continue medical treatment and regular check ups, as I've had since 2011.

No mention of my cycling, so I'm guessing I can return to normal.

Thanks all for your support while this has been going on!

Great news for you Del 👍 Not so good for me though as you unleash your full power and leave me behind :surrender:
