Now it seems to be when the brushes wear out in the washing machine!.

Like bloomin clockwork, at least it wasn't Christmas Eve like last time. 5th set fitted tonight, don't think it's got long left (can't moan at 10 years service I suppose).

I opted out of the Secret Santa gifts when I was still working, after I witnessed several thoughtless presents being given.
One example - a lady in our office had a bit of a reputation for always being on the phone : the secret santa present from some smart alec was a telephone extension cable. Everybody laughed, but I doubt if the lady appreciated the "joke".

Christmas drinks wise, they had Baileys Irish Cream for sale at the local Morrisons at £9.99 a litre bottle. They also had Warninks Advocaat for sale at £9.99 for a 70cl bottle. I like both, but the extra 30 centiliters swayed it.

A one litre bottle of Aldi triple distilled vodka and a few tins of condensed milk and you can knock your own up at any strength you like.
