Ok, saw a knee specialist today - great guy. I'll keep it simple.... I thought I had illiotibial band syndrome, but infact due to dodgy genetics my knees are "social" and point inwards slightly, and this has caused the kneecap to be displaced.
Anybody have experience of this and have excersises which are likely to help? I have been refered to physio....but that has a long waiting list. Soon to have an MRI scan
