Ok weird one for you, anyone have any ideas as this is the first time I've come across this.

I've been out this morning tyres fine when I left, but on return felt like id buckled a wheel. Got back it's not that, the tyre looks wobbly, it's seated correctly, pressure seems fine, tube is new and there are no visible nicks, damage or cuts in tyre I can see. It does look like it's bulging out. Tyre is Durano plus (excuse spelling). Tried taking photo, looks pants but can be seen with eye.

Thanks nick

And I recently had it with a Marathon Plus tyre. The tyre wall was starting to unseat at one specific point on one side only, plus the rubber had slightly unravelled at that point. I had to reduce the tyre pressure enough to get myself home, then replace it.

Many thanks to all, any idea what rubber to replace it with, fairly fast rolling, bit of protection required. I putting her away for winter now so I'll get it done overt he next few days.

Also is it worth replacing front or do people run different tyres front and rear on road bikes, on my mountain bikes had various combo's based around Maxxis tyres...
