I've done a search on here and read a couple of bad things about them, has anyone used them recently and had good service. Wo

They are the cheapest cyclesheme dealers of Bianchi bikes and i'm tempted but dont want to get caughtout.

Ordered a shirt from them a few weeks ago and it arrived a few days later.there was no email confirmation of the order though but I got the goods!

I ordered some clothing from them a couple of months ago and they were fine.

Bought a pannier rack from them without any problems, i think it arrived 2 days after order.

They have a lot on their website that always seems to be "out of stock". Means nothing though if they are able to access the stock promptly from elsewhere.

Don't be tempted to visit their shop though, as a mate did and was dissapointed to find that a lot of their stock is held off site, so can't be viewed, and the shop itself wsa like an old fashioned bike/pram/toyshop, lots of other none cycling products alonside a typical LBS range of cheap bikes & BSOs.

So many retailers in un-inspiring but costly premises are supplementing their income at low cost by selling stock on the web straight out of a warehouse. It's not just in cycling.

Last year I emailed them several times whether they had items in stock. I never got a response. This made my mind up for me. I bought elsewhere. Haven't even visited their website since despite it still being on my favourites.
