I live in Wiltshire on the edge of the Marlborough Downs and I can assure the scenery is stunning and there are lots of quiet country lanes to explore. All through the Vale of Pewsey your find some great roads including a few testing climbs. Bike Events, the organisers normally put on a good show and unlike a full on Sportive it won't be too testing a ride but this year the weather was horrendous on the 2nd Sunday in June and spoilt what would of been a good days ride.
